Our Policies & Procedures
All policies and procedures that relate to the management and operation of our school are available through our School Administration Office. It is a condition of enrollment that families and students abide by all school polices and protocol.
Code of Conduct
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to describe minimum standards of conduct in all behaviour and decision making to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
The Code applies to staff, students, volunteers, parents and guardians as applicable. The term ‘parents’ includes guardians. All visitors to the school must read or be familiar with the Code. You agree to the Code upon entry to the school.
Bluearth Program Aide-Memoire
This aide-memoire is designed to provide you with a reference point for bluearth. whilst every coach and teacher is encouraged to develop their own style it is essential to have an appreciation and understanding of the building blocks that constitute the Bluearth approach.
Bullying is the repeated and systematic harassment and attacks on others.
Issues & Concerns Protocol
In the event that you have some issues or concerns regarding your child’s schooling we would ask that follow the process.
Permission to Leave School Grounds
Throughout the course of your child’s education, there will be times where your child may be required to leave school grounds as part of our excursion policy.
Permission to Use Photos, Video/Audio and Work Samples
The CEOWA and its schools are parties to an agreement between almost all educational institutions in Australia that allows each party to use another party’s copyright material for free. The CEOWA must obtain consent to allow other parties to use student copyright material under NEALS.

Student Behaviour and Welfare Policy
Our Lady of Mercy is a community that exemplifies the Gospel values in particular those of love, forgiveness, truth, justice and integrity.
The correct Uniform is to be worn every day or a satisfactory letter of explanation shall be provided to the Principal via the class teacher.
